has claimed another State Open Championship podium place finish with her gold medal winning performance in the NSW State 5000m Championship held at the SOPAC Warm-Up Track. Event starts were delayed by lightning and storm activity. Congratulations Belinda.Bridey Delaney

St George athletes have competed well at this year's Australia Day fun runs.
Chadi Elashkar
won the open men's 8km event at Menai. Connor Mulholland
won the under 15 men's 5km event at Canterbury, with Angus Mulholland
second. Lyn Delaney
won the open women's 5km event at Canterbury, and Kim Delaney
