NSW Road Relay Championship
Posted Sunday 13 Jul 2014 by Michael Gentle
Thank you to all the runners who made the trip up to the Central Coast for the 2014 NSW Road Relay Championships. It was a great day and we saw our small, but strong team of runners show the rest of the state that we are a force to be reckoned with.
All runners are to be congratulated for competing with the club spirit that St. George is renowned for showing and hopefully we will see a few more make the trek up next year.
We especially congratulate our State Road Relay medallists for 2014:
A special mention also goes to our runners who competed in two teams:
The next state event on the agenda is on Saturday 2nd August at Upjohn Park, Rydalmere. This is the NSW Short Course Cross Country Championships.
Good luck to all our junior members who will be representing their school and region at the NSW All Schools Cross Country Championships at Eastern Creek Raceway this Friday. All the hard work leads up to this moment!
See you all next Saturday back at Scarborough Park for the beginning of the Super Series. This is the start of a new pointscore with a 2km at 2pm and 4km at 2.30pm.
