At the Athletics Wollongong Throwers Meeting held at Kerryn McCann Athletic Centre (Wollongong) on 9 August 2014 Samantha broke the Senior Women's 4kg Hammer Throw Club Record. Samantha's throw of 29.90m broke the previous record of 29.66m that had been set on 13 October 2007 by Natasha Iosefo.

Details of the Senior Women's 800m record progression can be found here.
