has broken her existing U14 Shot Put Club Record on 13/3/11 with her second place at the Australian Junior Championships.

Grace's throw of 12.92m broke her record of 12.91m that she had set on 21/1/11.

Congratulations to all St George members who performed admirably at the Australian Junior Championships held at SOPAC. The highlights included four athletes who claimed National Medals.

  won a gold medal in the Women's U14 Discus Throw, and a silver medal in the Women's U14 Shot Put.
• Alison Severino
  won a bronze medal in the Women's U20 Javelin Throw.
• Matilda Werner
  won a bronze medal in the Women's U17 Javelin Throw.
• Pita Toamotu
  won a bronze medal in the Men's U14 Shot Put.

has won the Women's National Open 5000m at the Victorian Open & AWD Championship held at Olympic Park in Melbourne.

With a strong finish Belinda recorded a time of 16:12.12 to become the Australian 5000m Champion.

Belinda's result has broken the Australian Women's 35+ 5000m Record and her 5000m Club Record .

Belinda's time of 16:12.12 breaks her previous personal best & former club record of 16:31.15 that she set on 1 February 2002. Congratulations Belinda.
