had the construction crew on site from about 6:00am so that everything was constructed well and truly ahead of time - then they had to pull it all down again after the event with last people away at about 6:00pm. There were a number of great efforts by St George athletes, with the Club represented in all races.

(1st, 10km Male 60-64), Veronica Wallington
(2nd, 5km Female Under 20), Vincent Donnadieu
(2nd, 5km Male Under 16) and Belinda Martin
(3rd, 10km Female Open) for their medal-winning races at Homebush.There were a number of great efforts by St George athletes, with the Club represented in all races.
Sutherland Shire Relay For Life

A number of St George athletes participated in this important fundraiser for the Cancer Council of NSW. The event was held on the athletic track at Sylvania Waters.

ANZAC Day at Ramsgate RSL

In his marathon debut,
Tim was passed at around the 40km mark by last year's Canberra Marathon runner-up David Criniti, a very experienced marathon and ultra-marathon runner, but held on for a strong 2nd place finish in a time of 2:27:01. Congratulations from everyone at St George.
As a part of his successful Pink Pain Train fundraising campaign, Tim has raised $6300 in support of the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This is the most raised by an individual in Canberra Marathon fundraising - another awesome effort.
Tim Rowe
dominated the early stages of the Canberra Marathon with blistering pace, and quickly established a commanding lead.
